Section 56.13 - Use of abusive or insulting language or threatening conduct by pilot; suspension or revocation of license

A pilot guilty of using abusive or insulting language, or guilty of threatening conduct, toward the master, officers or crew of any vessel, or toward other pilots, or any person lawfully on board any vessel, at any pilot station, or in any place of business, shall be liable to suspension or revocation of his license.
