Section 56.12 - Unofficial use by pilot of name of pilot organization or board prohibited; fine

The use by any pilot licensed by this board of the name of a pilot organization, or of the name of the board, for the purpose of advertising or carrying on any business other than that which appertains to the proper duties of the pilots, is hereby forbidden. Failure to comply with this section shall subject the pilot to a fine of $100.
