Section 52.2 - Posting of names of candidates for license

The name of any person who is to be examined for license as pilot shall be posted up in some conspicuous place in the office of the commissioners at least five days before any examination shall be had, and any person having any complaint to make against any such person shall make the same in writing, with his reasons therefor.
