Section 50.3 - Accounting of moneys

On or before the 15th day of each month, the pilots licensed by the commissioners shall render to the Secretary of the Board an accounting of all moneys collected for pilotage during the preceding month and, for the use of the commissioners as provided in subdivision 1 of section 95 of the Navigation Law, shall pay the board such portions of said moneys, but not exceeding three percentum thereof, as the commissioners may from time to time deem to be required.
