Section 8.3 - Notice before final removal

(a) No person shall be removed from the "deep-sea" register pursuant to article IX and section 5-c of the Act and this Part except upon two weeks' notice of his failure to accrue the minimum number of days required by this Part.

(b) No person shall be removed from the "A" register except upon two weeks' notice of his failure to appear on any current roster of registrants submitted pursuant to section 8.1(c) of this Part.
