Section 7.27 - Regular lists for reactivated piers

At the time of filing applications pursuant to section 7.26 of this Part, the employer may select regular employees and members of gangs from job applicants qualified and able to perform the duties of the job, in accordance with sections 7.29 through 7.40 of this Part, inclusive, and file its original lists of regular employees and gangs in accordance with section 7.5 of this Part. The employer may select additional persons to complete its original lists for the reactivation of the pier in accordance with section 7.7 no later than 10 days after the initial filing of his lists.
