Section 6.12 - Oral argument; briefs

Oral argument shall be made only before the administrative judge and shall be included in the record of the hearing. Briefs as to facts or law may be received and may be required to be submitted. The administrative judge may fix the time within which briefs shall be filed. Briefs received subsequent to such time need not be considered.
