Section 5.5 - Medical examination

Any security officer and supervisory security officer licensee, when the commission requires, and every security officer and supervisory security officer applicant shall submit to a medical examination to be conducted by a licensed physician approved by the commission. Such examination shall include the recording of a complete medical history and any appropriate laboratory procedures which the physician may deem necessary for the purposes of this section. In lieu of such examination, the commission may accept the report of a medical examination conducted by a medical clinic or medical center which has previously been approved by the commission.
