Section 3.5 - Application to be accompanied by photograph and fingerprints

For the purpose of assisting the commission to ascertain the character, integrity and identity of an applicant for a stevedore license, each application shall be accompanied by a photograph and the authenticated fingerprints on a record identification form to be furnished by the commission, of an individual applicant, each member of a partnership, each officer and each director and each natural person holding, directly or indirectly, five percent or more of any class of capital stock of a corporate applicant.
