Section 1.20 - Counsel in commission interview or investigation

In connection with any investigation conducted by the commission, a person interviewed or questioned under oath shall have the right to be accompanied and represented by counsel, except that he shall not be so accompanied or represented by counsel who also represents a person who is or who may become the subject of the investigation, unless the commission upon application so authorizes.
