Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 12, March 20, 2024

A petition for an order to remove an ineligibility for a license or registration by reason of a criminal conviction pursuant to section 3(b) of article V, section 3(e) of article VI, section 5-j of part II, and section 5-n (subd. 3, para. The commission may require additional evidence, to be submitted upon forms as may be prescribed by the commission, as it deems necessary.
