Section 1.14 - Unauthorized retention of licenses, registrations and other instruments

No person shall retain possession of any license, permit, registration card, badge or other means of identification or instrument issued by the commission after his license, permit or registration has expired, been terminated, revoked or suspended for a period of more than 30 days.
