Section 1.11 - Notification of arrest

Any person licensed or registered by the commission or any person who, within the meaning of section 3.4 of this Title, is required to execute a personal character information form in connection with a stevedore's license application, who has been charged with or arrested for any crime or offense under the Penal Law of any state, the District of Columbia, the United States, any territory or commonwealth thereof or any foreign country, other than a motor vehicle or traffic offense, shall notify the commission within 20 days of his knowledge of such charge or of the arrest.
