Section 8200-6.4 - Complaints

(a) A railroad company, or the assessing unit in which the railroad real property is located, may obtain administrative review of the tentative railroad ceiling by serving a written complaint specifying its objections as provided herein.

(b) The complaint shall be served upon the commissioner and the railroad company or assessing unit, as the case may be, at least five days before the hearing date. On or before the hearing date, a complainant shall file an affidavit with the commissioner demonstrating compliance with this section.
