Part 8189 - Preparation And Maintenance Of Tax Maps For Real Property Assessment And Taxation Administration
Section 8189.3 - Preliminary approvals

During the mapping program the following items must be submitted to ORPTS for preliminary approval:

(a) Prior to contracting for mapping surveys, a map indicating the flight lines for all scales of photography with the general description of the method, plan and density of control.

(b) Prior to contracting for mapping surveys, a map or maps showing the modular layout indicating by shading or other means the mapping scales selected for all areas being mapped.

(c) Prior to the preparation of base manuscripts, a report showing the control used in the photogrammetric procedures.

(d) Prior to the final preparation of a proposed tax map for the initial city, town or village in the county being mapped, a completely drafted index map and typical section maps for each scale of mapping being used.

(e) Prior to the submission of tax maps for approval pursuant to section 8189.15 of this Part, a typical format of the supporting information as specified in section 8189.14(a) of this Part.
