Subchapter A - Sales And Use Taxes
Part 560 - Repealed

Current through Register Vol. 45, No. 52, December 27, 2023

By order filed April 16, 1987, Part 560 is repealed, effective April 8, 1991; provided, however, that such repeal shall not affect or impair any act done or suffered, right accruing, accrued or acquired, or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to such repeal, but the same may be enjoyed, asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted, as fully and to the same extent as if such repeal had not been effected. All actions and proceedings, civil or criminal, commenced under or by virtue of such Part 560 and pending immediately prior to the fourth anniversary of the date of termination following in 1991, or commenced thereafter may be presented and defended to final effect in the same manner as they might if such Part 560 was not so repealed.
