Section 362.1 - Fees for searches and certificates concerning estate and transfer tax proceedings

Effective April 8, 1963, the following fees will be charged:

(a) A fee of $2 for a search of the estate and transfer tax records of the State Tax Commission and a certificate of the facts disclosed thereby, with reference to the estate of any decedent; and an additional fee of $1 for advice by telephone or telegraph as to the facts disclosed by such a search.

(b) A fee of $2.50 for a certificate of payment of estate tax in the form required by the Internal Revenue Service (currently form TT 66C) for allowance of credit against the Federal estate tax.
