Section 1207.5 - Disbursal of moneys

If the total of eligible training costs submitted for reimbursement by local governments exceeds the amount appropriated for such purpose by the State Legislature for any State fiscal year, the total of the amount appropriated shall be disbursed on a pro rata basis.
