Part 1107 - Approval Of Real Estate Appraisal Continuing Education
Section 1107.11 - Request for approval of courses of study

(a) An application for approval to conduct a course of study to satisfy the requirements for continuing education shall be made 60 days before the proposed course of study is to be conducted.

(b) The application shall be prescribed by the department to include the following:

(1) name and business address of the proposed school which will present the program or course;

(2) if applicant is a partnership, the names and home addresses of all persons who own five percent or more of the interest in the partnership;

(3) if applicant is a corporation, the names and home addresses of persons who own five percent or more of the shares of the corporation;

(4) the name, home and business addresses and telephone numbers of the education coordinator who will be responsible for administering the regulations contained in this Part;

(5) locations where classes will be conducted;

(6) title of each course or program to be conducted;

(7) a detailed outline of the subject matter, together with the time sequence of each segment; and

(8) a description of materials that will be distributed.
