(a) Records shall be available for public inspection and copying on days that the Commission is regularly open for business between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at: Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government 540 Broadway Albany, NY 12207
(b) Records shall be available for public inspection and copying by appointment at: Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government 25 Beaver Street, 5th Floor New York, NY 10004
(c) Requesters reviewing records onsite shall create a list, for the Commission to retain, of any records the requester copies, including photographs taken on a personal device.
