This Part adopts safety standards for anchoring, securing and counter- weighting moveable soccer goals contained within the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Guidelines for Movable Soccer Goal Safety as New York State's safety standards for anchoring, securing and counter- weighting moveable soccer goals. This publication is thus incorporated by reference in this Part.
