Section 1001.4 - Withdrawals of applications

(a) An application made to the fund pursuant to law and in accordance with this Part may, on written request of the applicant, be withdrawn, prior to decision by the fund at any time without prejudice to resubmission.
(b) When an application is withdrawn, the original application and supporting documents shall be returned to the applicant. Copies of the application and supporting documents shall be retained in the office of the secretary of the fund.
