An application made to the fund pursuant to this Part may be amended at any time while the matter is pending before the fund. Such amendments shall be made on appropriate forms supplied by the bureau of youth facilities construction of the New York State Department of Social Services and submitted to the fund through the bureau of youth facilities construction of the department.
