Section 729.15 - Vending facility sanitation and guide dogs

(a) Licensees must maintain vending facilities at a level of sanitation commensurate with standards established by the appropriate health authority, property management agency and the commission.

(b) A licensee and/or any blind employee of the licensee who uses a guide dog may shelter the guide dog at the vending facility while the licensee or blind employee is at the vending facility. A licensee must ensure that any guide dog sheltered at the vending facility is free of parasites and, at least annually, submit evidence to the commission from a licensed veterinarian that the guide dog has current vaccinations and booster shots and is free of parasites.
