Section 726.5 - Records

(a) Registrants shall maintain the following records:

(1) a record in permanent form of all wages paid to and hours worked by all employees who perform direct labor required for the manufacture or processing of goods, wares and articles that are identified as blind made or processed products with an official stamp of the commission; and

(2) a record in permanent form of all wages paid to and hours worked by all legally blind employees who perform direct labor required for the manufacture or processing of such goods, wares and articles; and

(3) a file of certifications of blindness for all employees who are classified as legally blind.

(b) Such records shall be made available for inspection by or on behalf of the commission during regular business hours of the registrant. When necessary, the commission may examine additional records of the registrant solely for the purpose of verification.
