Section 726.3 - Withdrawal of applications

(a) An application made to the commission pursuant to this Subchapter may, on written request of the applicant, be withdrawn prior to decision by the commission, at any time without prejudice to resubmission.

(b) When an application is withdrawn, the original application and supporting documents shall be returned to the applicant. Copies of the application and supporting documents shall be retained in the office of the commission.
