Part 675 - Duties And Responsibilities With Respect To Reimbursement On Personnel
Section 675.1 - Local personnel, reimbursement by the State

The department will reimburse social services districts on the salaries of employees whose positions are deemed necessary and whose qualifications conform to standards established by civil service specifications and department regulations. If a local social services department proposes to establish a position for which there are no qualifications established by civil service specifications and department regulations, the local social services department shall submit, prior to establishing such new position, temporary or interim qualifications for such position for approval by the New York State Department of Social Services.
