Section 635.4 - Reimbursement for MA provided to persons who are disabled (MA-AD cases)

When a recipient of MA-only has been certified as permanently and totally disabled, Federal reimbursement shall be claimed for medical services rendered from either the date that the disability was confirmed, or the first day of the third month preceding the month in which an application for MA was made, whichever occurred last.
