Section 616.4 - Reimbursement from other programs and classifications

Reimbursement for assistance provided to refugees, entrants or other noncitizens of New York by social services districts must be claimed against those programs which will provide the maximum amount of Federal reimbursement available, except where the department permits the districts to claim reimbursement for assistance provided to such individuals against other programs.
