Section 519.6 - Information concerning the right to a hearing

Every person has the right to receive certain information in writing when the department issues a final determination. Each person sanctioned, or from whom the department requests payment, has the right to a notice which advises him/her:

(a) of the hearing right;

(b) how to obtain a hearing;

(c) of the right to be represented at the hearing, or to represent himself/herself; and

(d) of the types of information which may be submitted at the hearing.
