Section 519.10 - Notice of hearing

At least 15 calendar days prior to the date of the hearing, written notice must be sent to the parties and their representatives. The notice must inform them of:

(a) the date, time and place of the hearing and the parties' right to request an adjournment or change of venue;

(b) the manner and means by which adjournments or changes of venue may be requested and granted;

(c) the issues which are to be the subject of the hearing;

(d) the manner in which the hearing will be conducted; and

(e) the right of each party to be represented or to represent himself/herself, to testify, to produce witnesses, to present documentary evidence and to examine opposing witnesses.
