An application for approval of the voluntary dissolution of a not-for-profit corporation shall contain information and data with reference to:
(a) the public need for such dissolution;
(b) the proposed disposition of the assets of the corporation; and
(c) such other matter, or matters, as may be deemed to be in the public interest.
