Section 462.10 - Reimbursement for social services district expenditures

(a) Expenditures made by a social services district for those non-residential services for victims of domestic violence which are included in the social services district's multi-year consolidated services plan (which has been approved by the Office pursuant to section 34-a of the Social Services Law) will be reimbursed at the applicable percentage as delineated in the enacted budget as follows:
(1) to the extent funds are
appropriated therefore and the social services district has exhausted its
allocation under title XX of the Federal Social Security Act; and
(2) after first deducting therefrom any
Federal funds received or to be received therefore.
(b) Reimbursement by the Office to a social services district for non-residential services for victims of domestic violence must be claimed on such forms and in such a manner as the Office may require.
