Section 442.23 - Discontinuance of operation

The operation of a child-care institution may not be discontinued unless the agency has served written notice of the proposed discontinuance on the department at least 90 days prior to the proposed closing date. The notice must comply with the requirements of section 476.2(d) of this Title.
