(a) Storerooms and pantries.

Storerooms and pantries shall be dry, well lighted and ventilated. All proper measures shall be taken to keep them free from vermin and rodents.

(b) Refrigeration of perishable foods.

In the refrigeration of all perishable foods, the temperature shall be at or below 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

(c) Freezers.

Freezers and frozen food compartments shall be maintained at minus 10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

(d) Thermometers.

Thermometers shall be attached to all refrigerated areas in the warmest zones.
