Section 432.7 - Access to reports

The commissioner of social services in each social services district shall insure that any reports made, as well as any other information obtained, reports written or photographs taken concerning such reports, be confidential and shall only be made available to those persons defined under title 6 of article 6 of the Social Services Law, because any person who willfully permits and any person who encourages the release of any data and information contained in the local or statewide register to persons or agencies not permitted by title 6 of article 6 of the Social Services Law shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
