Section 431.13 - Summer camps to be used by commissioners of social services

When commissioners of social services make provision for the care of children and minors who are public charges pursuant to the provision of section 398 of the Social Services Law, they must make such provision in summer camps operated only by nonprofit organizations, corporations or agencies having permits issued by the appropriate public health officials in whose jurisdictions such camps are located.
