Section 429.3 - Submission of proposed plan

(a) By July 15, 1980, and at a time specified by the department in each succeeding year, each social services district shall develop and submit a Family and Children's Services Plan, in such format as prescribed by the department.
(b) Such plan shall be developed by the district in consultation with other governmental agencies concerned with the welfare of children residing in the district, authorized agencies and other concerned individuals and organizations. The plan, as submitted to the department for approval, and as approved by the department, shall be made available to such agencies, individuals and organizations upon request.
(c) Each district shall assure that its plan is consistent with, and prepared in conjunction with, the district's Title XX Plan, the district's Child Protective Services Plan, and any other State or Federal planning requirements.
