Section 429.1 - General statement

Each social services district shall prepare and submit to the department an annual district-wide child welfare services plan, hereinafter referred to as the Family and Children's Services Plan or "plan", setting forth the child welfare needs of children and families for whom the social services district is, or may be, responsible to assure implementation of the Child Welfare Reform Act of 1979.
