Section 426.1 - Eligibility

As a condition for the receipt of Federal financial participation for title IV-E foster care maintenance, adoption assistance and kinship guardianship assistance, the applicable requirements set forth in section 101 of the Federal Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-351) and in title 45 Code of Federal Regulations, section 1356.21 (foster care maintenance) and/or sections 136.40 and 1356.41 (adoptions assistance) must be met.
