Section 419.2 - Proposals

Social services districts desiring to apply for special day care funds shall submit a proposal to the department by a date specified by the commissioner. The proposal shall include a project summary and rationale, a budget, objectives, project approach, a description of the method to be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, staffing needs, implementation potential beyond the project funding period and a description of how the project will coordinate with the local Private Industrial Council established through the Job Training Partnership Act ( P.L. 97-300) and other employment and training projects operating in the districts.
