(a) Random moment survey (RMS).

For the purpose of determining costs of providing social services, social services districts designated by the department must participate in a random moment survey which must be conducted in a manner prescribed by the department.

(b) Other reporting.

The social services district shall provide additional data in such form and at such times as the department may from time to time require and shall cooperate with the department in verifying the accuracy of reports.
