Section 402.3 - Use of social services staff

(a) The social services district may allow the social services staff who are involved in the supervision and operation of the social services program to perform not only those functions relating to the provision of social services, but also other functions relating to the provision of income maintenance.

(b) In the case where staff is engaged in both services and income maintenance functions, an appropriate cost allocation method shall be used for reimbursement purpose as prescribed by the department.
