Section 398-5.1 - Determination of Continuing Eligibility

Continuing eligibility for SSP benefits shall be established at specific intervals pursuant to procedures developed by the Office, but will be performed no more frequently than provided by the applicable regulations of the SSA, pursuant to title XVI of the federal Social Security Act, and shall include a reevaluation and reconsideration of need and other factors of eligibility.
