Section 395.1 - Responsibilities relating to military service benefits

(a) Applicants who have previous or current military service or who are dependents of persons with such service shall be informed of their responsibility to apply for and utilize benefits related to such services.

(b) Full use shall be made of the services of the New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs, its veterans' counselors and of the American National Red Cross.
