Section 382.2 - Requirement to make a predetermination grant

(a) A social services official administering ADC shall:

(1) provide a predetermination grant to all applicants who are in need and who are presumed to be categorically eligible; and

(2) transfer to a predetermination grant all HR recipients who are presumptively eligible for ADC immediately upon the identification of such eligibility.

(b) A social services official administering ADC shall offer an ADC recipient presumptively eligible for SSI the option of receiving SSI.
