Part 372 - Emergency Assistance To Needy Families With Children
Section 372.5 - Application

(a) An application for emergency assistance to needy families with children, made by an individual family not currently in receipt of public assistance, shall be recorded on the State- prescribed form. For a family currently in receipt of public assistance, no additional application is required.

(b) When emergency assistance is required on a mass basis, names of families requesting such assistance recorded on form DSS-880, Register of Application and Authorization for Emergency Assistance, shall constitute their application.
