Part 361 - Case Management Activities For Pregnant And Parenting Adolescents
Section 361.1 - Definitions

(a) For the purposes of this Part, case management activitiesmeans those activities performed by case management staff, in consultation with an eligible adolescent and other individuals involved with the adolescent if appropriate, related to ensuring that the adolescent has full access to the comprehensive array of services and assistance available in the community which the adolescent needs to maintain and strengthen family life and to attain or retain the capability for maximum self-support and personal independence.

(b) For the purposes of this Part, public assistance recipientmeans an individual whose needs are included in a grant of aid to dependent children, veteran assistance or home relief, or an individual who is a payee of such benefits on behalf of his or her minor child(ren).
