Section 359.0 - Scope

This Part prescribes the processes and procedures that must be followed when a public assistance recipient is accused of intentionally violating the requirements of the public assistance programs in a fraudulent manner or a food stamp recipient is accused of intentionally violating the requirements of the food stamp program in a fraudulent manner. If such a recipient is found to have committed an intentional program violation, the recipient may be disqualified from participation in such program for the periods of time set forth in this Part.
