Article 1 - Determination of Eligibility-General
Part 351 - Investigation and Eligibility
Section 351.7 - Supervisory review and approval

Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 12, March 20, 2024

Social services districts have the option of requiring supervisory approval for case actions on all public assistance cases. Social services districts that choose not to review all public assistance cases must have a plan in place describing their requirements for supervisory approval. Such plan must be approved by the office prior to its implementation. Supervisory approval must be indicated by a dated signature in the case record. Supervisory approval must be based upon review of all available information pertaining to eligibility and the amount of entitlement. It must include approval of decisions to deny public assistance as well as decisions to change grants or to refer applicants or recipients for services.
